Privacy notice
Last updated: October 20, 2026
CVora is an early-stage resume-building website. This notice describes how the current version handles information. It is general information and should be reviewed and updated before adding analytics, advertising, accounts, or payment services.
Resume information
The resume editor runs in your browser. The current version saves the draft in your browser's local storage on your device so you can return to it in the same browser. Resume details are not sent to a CVora application server by the editor. If you choose to import a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or HTML resume, its text is extracted locally in your browser using browser-loaded document-reading libraries; the selected file is not intentionally uploaded to a CVora application server. PDF files made from scanned images may not be readable by the importer. Anyone with access to your device or browser profile may be able to access locally saved information. Use a shared device carefully and clear your draft when needed.
Hosting and technical data
The website may be delivered through a third-party hosting provider. Hosting providers can process technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata, and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the website. Refer to the hosting provider's current privacy documentation for details.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current version does not intentionally integrate analytics or advertising scripts. If advertising, analytics, affiliate links, or other third-party services are introduced, this notice must be updated to explain their use, including relevant cookies, identifiers, and opt-out choices where required by law.
Your choices
You can remove the locally saved draft using the “Start over” control or by clearing this site's browser storage. Printing or saving a PDF is initiated by you through your browser's print interface.
